Ordering Information 2022
Greetings to all of our valued customers. We feel grateful to God and
to each one of you, for helping make our business a success over the
years. We also welcome those of you who haven’t tried our products
yet. Our goal is to provide you with Quality products and good service.
We try to make ordering as easy as possible for you. One way we do
this is by not having extra shipping costs for you to add on for heavy
weight or large items, and no complicated UPS charts for you to figure
out. Simply check the box on the left side of the order form to see
how much you owe for shipping. On items such as seed potatoes we
have the extra cost of shipping figured into the price listed. When you
compare our price with our competitors please take this into account.
We will try our best to ship your order out as soon as possible, or
by the date you request. Please follow the instructions on the order
forms and remember to CLEARLY print your complete address on
the order form. Also include your phone number if possible so we
can call if we have any questions about your order.
If you are ordering plants please put down the date you want us to
ship your order. Remember to check at the top of the page to see
when we start shipping out those plants. If you are ordering plants that
cannot be shipped at the same time as your other items, remember
to use separate order forms and add shipping to each order.
If you want to mail in your order, then pick it up at our store, you are
welcome to do so. Just mark your pick up date in the space provided
on the order form. Or you can stop in and do the shopping yourself!
We carry lots of items in our store that we don’t have listed in our
catalog. We are located just 2 miles north of Mt. Hope along State
Route 241. So if you happen to be in the area, we’d be glad to see you.

Your original order form or invoice, will be returned to you in the
packing list envelope on the outside of the box you receive your
order in. Upon receiving your order please check it over carefully. If
you find any damages or shortages, please let us know immediately
by mailing the original order form back to us, along with a note of
explanation and we will refund or replace the item. Please do not
send any products back without contacting us first.
If there is a certain item or seed variety you would like for us to
consider carrying, please send us a note. We would be glad to hear
from you. You may also call about Basic H products.
